Shipped Directly from Japan

All orders are fulfilled directly from Tokyo by our trusted staff. This ensures your watch is 100% authentic, includes original Japanese packaging, and is shipped with care.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable, trackable shipping services such as:

  • Japan Post EMS

  • Yamato Transport / Kuroneko

  • DHL Japan (for express)

Shipping includes:

  • Tracking number (emailed automatically once shipped)

  • Insurance (on all high-value orders)

  • Delivery time of 5–10 business days on average, depending on destination

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. We offer free shipping on select items or promotions (when noted).

  • USA: Orders under $800 USD are duty-free — no import tax

  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: May be subject to local import tax or GST — the buyer is responsible for any such fees

We clearly declare all packages as “Sale of Goods” and include accurate customs information. We do not under-declare or mark items as gifts.
